I'm Tina, a leadership, mindset and career transformation coach on a mission to co-create a better way to work, lead and live. My vision is for everyone to be able to show up at work and life with full authenticity, better self-awareness, increased courage and, crucially - heart.

There aren’t many things I love more than helping people go from feeling burnt out, stuck or lost to feeling truly alive, laser focused and fulfilled in life and at work.

My unique Entrepreneur + Leader + Operator + Coach background enables me to combine past experience with proven coaching techniques to unlock your true potential. I blend my love of problem-solving, my experience with bringing about change, my bias for action and my unwavering passion for helping people get unstuck to help you become more effective at work and more fulfilled personally.

As a single parent who's gone through a number of career transitions and spent the last 12+ years in senior leadership positions leading People+Talent teams at high growth tech start-ups and scale-ups, I experienced most challenges that show up for my clients first hand. I've been there, and I understand.
